What you’re buying. A personalised digital card and a listing on a novelty leaderboard, delivered immediately after payment. That is the entire product. Nothing physical ships, no service is performed, and no prize is awarded.

How position works. Position is determined solely by the cumulative amount recorded against a listing. Payments add to that total. Rank is calculated fresh each time the page loads, so it can change at any moment when someone else pays. Buying a specific position is not possible and is never promised.

Payments are final. Because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all payments are non-refundable. Amounts already contributed are never removed from a total, including when a listing is later hidden or removed.

Who may be listed. Names are shown as a first name and last initial. Do not submit addresses, phone numbers, links, or contact handles. Do not submit anyone who is a minor. Do not use a listing to harass, threaten, shame, or expose anyone.

Photos. A photo you upload is published immediately on the listing and baked into its shareable card. Location and camera data are stripped on upload. Upload only a photo you own or have permission to use, only of an adult, and only of someone who would be content to appear here. Nothing explicit, and nothing intended to embarrass or expose the person shown.

Removal. Anyone who appears on the board may have their listing taken down. There is no self-service removal page — email hello@myone.lol with the listing link and it will be removed. Removal does not create a right to a refund.

Moderation. Submissions are screened automatically and may be held for human review. Listings may be hidden or removed at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Age. You must be 18 or older to pay.

Payments and merchant of record. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record for the sale. Their terms apply to the transaction itself, and their name is what appears on your statement.

No warranty. The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It may go down, change, or stop existing.

This is a plain-language draft written to match how the site actually behaves. Have a lawyer in your jurisdiction review it before launch — particularly the consumer-refund language, which is not enforceable everywhere.
